My name is Daniel Bradley, a British photographer living outside of London.
I am a street photographer who works primarily at night, aiming to create an aura that forms an almost fearful and distant atmosphere which protrudes through every image. Using city lights and their surrounding areas, I look to form a cold and lonesome picture which generates a lasting effect.
I’ve always had a fixation for street photography. I find using the technical abilities of the camera to manipulate a scene is both intriguing and diverse, such as finding a way to change the environment without making any physical changes by using white balance, shutter speed, aperture, focal lengths and more. I enjoy the array of emotions that can be drawn through street lights to show tension, loneliness, fear, and so much more. It is this that draws me to street photography and provides me with the passion for shooting strong atmospheric images.
